Terms and Conditions of Use for CourseCanvas LMS Platform
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Student”, or “Parent/Guardian”) and CourseCanvas Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of CourseCanvas applications, websites, content, and related educational services.
By accessing our mobile app on Google Play or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Registration & Single-Device Policy
To access paid batches, live lectures, or mock tests, you must register using an active mobile number and email. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated profile information.
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs.
- Single-Device Access: Each student account is licensed for personal use on one primary active device. Concurrent logins from unauthorized locations will trigger automated session invalidation.
3. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Protection
All course videos, lecture slides, notes, mock test questions, answer keys, source code, and graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of CourseCanvas Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected under Copyright and Intellectual Property laws.
- Screen recording, downloading raw streams, ripping, or circumventing DRM encryption.
- Re-distributing, selling, or uploading study materials to Telegram, WhatsApp groups, YouTube, or file storage platforms.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit LMS API endpoints.
Violations will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may attract civil/criminal legal proceedings.
4. Payments, Pricing & Access Duration
- Prices for courses, test series, and subscriptions are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or designated local currencies and include applicable GST/taxes.
- Course access remains active until the batch expiry date specified during enrollment (usually the conclusion of the target examination session).

5. Community Guidelines & In-Class Conduct
When participating in live WebRTC chat, doubt forums, and group discussions, students must maintain respectful, constructive behavior. Hate speech, abusive language, spamming, and harassment of teachers or fellow students will lead to instant chat ban or account suspension.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
